Remote BI Developer (ServiceNow/Tableau)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior BI Developer to support the Healthcare Technology Management organization of a large healthcare client. This role will be responsible for transforming operational data into dashboards and analytics solutions that drive executive decision-making. This individual will partner closely with HTM leadership, ServiceNow analysts, and business stakeholders to build Tableau dashboards. The ideal candidate has strong experience extracting ServiceNow data, understands back-end table structures and relationships, and can independently own the entire reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering dashboard delivery.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of strong experience building Tableau dashboards and visualizations -Experience extracting and reporting on data from ServiceNow -Advanced SQL skills -Alteryx Designer experience -Healthcare or Healthcare Technology Management, Clinical Engineering, Biomedical Services, Asset Management, or CMMS reporting experience
