THE PRACTICE:
This role sits within our Supply Chain & Engineering organization and aligns itself with our Maintenance & Reliability capability (formerly Intelligent Asset Management), part of Accenture Reinvention Services.
Supply Chain & Engineering professionals help clients apply AI and digital technologies across the product and asset lifecycle to build competitive advantage. Within that, our Maintenance & Reliability practice helps asset-intensive industries turn operational data into reliability advantage, improving asset performance, reducing unplanned downtime, and building the foundation for sustainable, long-term operational efficiency across the full asset lifecycle.
We combine deep domain expertise with AI and digital technologies (EAM, APM, RBI, predictive analytics, and the connected worker) to help clients get more from the assets they already own. Our point of view is simple: the organizations that win are the ones that know their assets best.
The Role: As a Senior Manager, you will work collaboratively with senior leadership to plan, analyze, design, and implement ServiceNow and IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management projects and support our partners in business and technology transformation. In this role, you will bring solution expertise for Maintenance and Reliability business processes in Real Estate and Facilities Management, focus on driving financial and operational results for our clients, as part, you will be assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, and collaborating with change agents, technical teams, and functional teams for successful adoption while keeping a keen eye to corporate objectives and connecting the dots with digital manufacturing initiatives.
The role also requires working collaboratively with the sales and leadership team on overall business development (existing and new accounts.
Expectation is that candidate will bring industry relevant experience and develop industry specific point of view on best practices for EAM/ PM implementations and business transformation. As well as experience working in and around industrial/ plant settings.
The Work:

Lead large projects and play a project/ program manager role in the analyze, design, and implementation phases.

Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic business and technology transformation.

Ability to conduct workshop with customers for defining / mapping process, systems, and organization.

Coach and guide project team members on key asset management fundamentals (maintenance plans, asset data definition and governance, work management, work closure)
-
Support project managers on daily implementation activities and provide the appropriate levels of support of team and client team members
-
Work with Project Manager or other work stream leaders in developing responses to client inquiries, creating solutions and estimating work efforts for new opportunities

Hybrid Working Model, travel to client site expected (50% minimum) - Client On-site, In-office, remote
Travel Requirements:
Travel is required for this role and could vary up to 75%
Here’s what you need:
-
Minimum of 8+years of Intelligent Asset Management experience focused on real estate and facilities processes for large global clients
-
Must have multiple end-to-end life cycle implementation experience with IBM Maximo or ServiceNow for large corporate as Work stream lead or Project Lead
-
Must have business process knowledge and configuration in IBM Maximo or ServiceNow for majority of the facilities maintenance related processes and deep understanding of integration across finance, logistics, procurement and manufacturing

Knowledge of leading practices, and prior consulting experience relevant to manufacturing industry specific Integrated ERP and technology functions
Bonus points if:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5+ years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 8+year work experience.

Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Management, and uses cases in Artificial Intelligence platforms
