Registered Nurse (RN) – Redgranite,WI
Local Pay: $60.42/hour - W2

Shift Details:
-
(3) 12 hour shifts a week. 9:30AM-10:00PM
-
Every third weekend and every third holiday.
-
Holiday hours are 6:00AM-6:30PM.

36 hours work week
Nursing Specialty: RN Corrections
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Works independently in a clinic setting where a provider may not always be on-site.
-
Assesses patients using the nursing process and manages acute, chronic, and terminal conditions within scope of practice.
-
Monitors and reports changes in patients’ physical or mental health and reactions to treatments or medications.
-
Administers medications, vaccines, and IM/SubQ injections safely according to provider orders and medication rights.
-
Processes medication refills and accurately transcribes provider orders.
-
Assesses health concerns, implements appropriate interventions, and follows established nursing protocols.
-
Performs point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and phlebotomy.
-
Leads emergency response and provides appropriate interventions in accordance with BLS standards.
-
Delegates and oversees tasks performed by licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope of practice.
-
Provides patient education on medications, diagnoses, treatments, and individualized care plans.
-
Accurately documents all patient care, interventions, and encounters in the electronic health record.
**Minimum Qualifications **
-
Current, valid, and unrestrictedWI license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

Minimum of one (1) year related experience within the last 3 years
-
Valid BLS
-
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing

Additional certifications may be required
-
Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g.,BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
