Senior Construction Manager – Residential Remodeling Langhorne, PA | Bucks & Montgomery Counties $90,000–$120,000 base + bonus Schedule: Full-time, on-site and field-based
About the opportunity We are partnering with a growing, established residential design-build contractor seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee its remodeling operations throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands construction from the ground up, has managed multiple crews and projects simultaneously, and can provide the technical guidance needed to keep projects running smoothly.
The company specializes in whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, first-floor remodels and additions. With continued growth underway, this individual will play a key role in strengthening field operations, supporting project teams and maintaining high-quality construction standards.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee 12–13 residential remodeling projects at various stages, with approximately 6–8 actively underway.
- Lead and support project managers and field carpenters, ensuring accountability, quality and productivity across multiple jobsites.
- Review construction estimates, measurements and project scopes to identify potential issues before construction begins.
- Coordinate with project consultants and production leadership to ensure projects are properly planned, staffed and executed.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits, monitor schedules and materials, and resolve construction challenges.
- Help develop the field team, improve operational processes and support the company's continued growth.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of construction experience, ideally progressing from hands-on field work into management.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple crews or construction teams.
- Residential remodeling experience with a broad understanding of multiple trades and full renovation projects.
- Strong construction estimating skills, including reviewing dimensions, scopes of work and material requirements.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing project quality, field operations and team performance.
- Comfortable using construction management software and technology.
Experience with a general contractor, specialty contractor or owner's representative will be considered. A construction-related degree is not required. Candidates with both residential and commercial construction experience are encouraged to apply
Compensation & benefits
- $90,000–$120,000 base salary.
- Up to 20% discretionary bonus.
