CBREFull Spectrum Lab Services provides end to end scientific support for clientsacross life sciences, manufacturing, and other industries. We partner withpharmaceutical and biotech companies, healthcare, food and beverage producers,automotive and tooling innovators, and both contract research organizations(CROs) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) to keep their operationsrunning at peak performance.

Aboutthe Role:

As a CBREFinance Sr. Analyst, you’ll apply advanced cash and accrual accountingfundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accuratefinancial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties. This job is part of the Financial Strategyand Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting,financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You’ll Do:

  • Completeintermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions in preparation forclient financial statement packages.

  • Create and postjournal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions,funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have beenaccurately posted.

  • Generate andreview financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting. Preparepackages on a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and othermanagement teams.

  • Review and auditfunding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization inaccordance with established operating procedures.

  • Respond to andresolve complex issues and requests from management teams and clients regardingvarious accounting issues and reports.

  • Recognizepotential issues and conflicts and take corrective action to minimize issues.

  • Facilitate themaintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.

  • Apply generalknowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplishassigned tasks and solve routine problems.

  • Have a broadknowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplineswithin the function.

  • Lead by exampleand model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • May convince toreach an agreement.

  • Impact thequality of own work and the work of others on the team.

  • Work primarilywithin standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meetdeadlines.

  • Explain complexinformation to others in straightforward situations.

What You’llNeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years ofrelevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered.

  • Understanding ofexisting procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Ability toanalyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriatejudgment and precedents.

  • In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

  • Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Advanced mathskills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages,fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Sr. Analyst is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Finance Sr. Analyst position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
