THE WORK
The selected candidate will be the Operations Program Manager (OPM) for multiple programs within the Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) Market Segment, including TPY-4 and TPS-77 product lines.
Responsibilities include:

Lead a team of Manufacturing Project Managers (MPMs) working multiple programs, providing direction and guidance to them, and serve as a POC to program managers and the program director.

Manage multi-site manufacturing execution and lead proposal & baseline efforts supported by MPMs on the team.

Manage program baseline plans, capacity, resource and staffing analyses.

Oversee Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for the portfolio.

Manage execution by multi-disciplined manufacturing teams including manufacturing engineers, test engineers, production supervisors, and the materials team.

Collaborate with other functions such as sourcing, hardware engineering, and quality to be successful.

Operational understanding of manufacturing core functions and associated processes / best practices including manufacturing engineering, test engineering, production control, and shop management

Ability to work in both production and development environments

Accountable and decisive leader responsible for impactful decisions

Prior experience coordinating and managing manufacturing programs across multiple factories

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
