Production Associate – Hesston, KS 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Kelly® is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Hesston, KS. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking to build or grow their manufacturing experience.

Pay & Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday

• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM–6:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday

Pay rates may vary depending on the position assigned ($17.00- $21.00)

Background and Drug Test will occur.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your assigned area, you may:

• Operate production equipment

• Assemble products using hand and power tools

• Load, unload, and move materials

• Assist with metal finishing and production

• Hang parts on production lines

• Inspect parts for quality

• Follow safety and work instructions

• Keep your work area clean and organized

What You’ll Need

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move materials

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Strong focus on safety and quality

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or fabrication experience is a plus
