What You'll Do

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll empower patients to live safely and independently by:

Evaluating patients in their home environment and developing individualized treatment plans

Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and mobility

Educating patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, safety strategies, and independence techniques

Monitoring patient progress and modifying care plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure exceptional patient care

Accurately documenting visits and treatment plans

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Active Occupational Therapist License

  • Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience

  • Current BLS and Hands-On CPR Certification

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Reliable, insured vehicle for local patient visits

Pay Details: $58.00 to $63.00 per hour
