Warehouse Supervisor – Riverside, MO

In This Role, You’ll:

You’ll lead a team that moves fast, handles complexity, and delivers with excellence. As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for guiding day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick service restaurant brands. What You’ll Bring:

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision

  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices

  • Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping)

  • Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university.

  • AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted), forklift instructor certification a plus

In This Role, You’ll:

  • Lead warehouse operations across two shifts, overseeing associates in a temperature-controlled environment

  • Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining food safety and quality standards

  • Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processes

  • Communicate clearly and regularly with your team, set expectations and keeping operations aligned

  • Track KPIs, complete reports (logs, timecards, damage, productivity), and act based on the data

  • Plan labor and equipment needs to meet dynamic operational demands

  • Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction

The Schedule & Setting:

Onsite at QCD Kansas City: 4400 NW 41st Street, Suite 600, Riverside, MO 64150

2nd shift, 2pm to 12:30am Wed.-Sat.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay Range (Base Pay): $65-75K

  • Weekly pay (every Friday)

  • Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
