Position OverviewThe Manager of Multi‑Specialty Practices, at United Health Services, drives high‑performing physician practice operations across multiple sites, including but not limited to Residency Clinics, Clinton St. Primary Care, Endwell Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics, translating strategy into seamless day‑to‑day execution. This role partners closely with physicians and leaders to strengthen access, quality, and financial performance while fostering collaboration and trust. By improving workflows, supporting teams, and navigating healthcare regulations, this leader creates environments where patients receive exceptional care and teams do their best work. $37.00 - $55.50 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities

Works collaboratively with the assigned Director of Physician Practice Operations to ensure an integrated system for delivery of care.

Attends monthly meetings and is responsive to other meetings and committees, as required . Communicates outcomes appropriately.

Functions as a liaison between the site leads/supervisors, physicians, and the executive management team for administrative issues.

Provides insight/direction to operating departments regarding methods that may result in improved operating performance, fiscal management, operating efficiency and/or improved interdepartmental collaboration and cooperation.

Assists in the mentorship of physicians in collaboration with the assigned Director of Physician Practice Operations.

Provides monthly reports to the assigned Director of Physician Practice Operations and others, as requested, regarding operational efficiencies, financial status, and employee relations.

Coordinates maintenance, staffing and environmental services for the medical office in concert with the site coordinator/leads.

Facilitates conflict resolution with patients regarding physicians, attorney requests, billings, and health plans, as necessary.

Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Joint Commission and NYS Department of Health regulatory guidelines.

Functions as direct council to the site supervisors/leads for all administrative issues (patient/staff concerns, complaints, physicians).

May assume additional responsibilities, as requested.
Education/Experience Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related field with prior healthcare managerial experience, OR enrollment in a related Bachelor's Degree Program to be completed within three (3) years of hire with prior healthcare managerial experience.
