Full job description

  • Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Coordinator.
  • Oversees the maintenance of leave and attendance records, audits records, verifies monthly balances.
  • Assists with new hire pre-processing.
  • Types various forms, reports, and correspondence.
  • Perform general office duties to include filing, answering telephones, greeting and assisting staff with questions about time, leave, benefits and payroll.
  • Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies, forms and brochures.
  • Guarantees the confidentiality of employee information is strictly maintained.
  • Experience in human resources, SCEIS, & Kronos a plus.
