Program Manager

Description

The Program Manager will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs. This position will work closely with more Senior Program Managers and cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Support program coordination and communication between teams and stakeholders.

  • Monitor programs progress and report on status, risks, and issues.

  • Help with the preparation and maintenance of program documentation and reports.

  • Participate in program meetings and provide administrative support.

  • Track program milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to best practices.

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources.

  • Oversee budget, schedule, and cross collaboration efforts.

  • Maintain cost books and program EAC's.

  • Brief executive level staff on program performance and contribute towards division goals.

  • Performs other Duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Business Management, Project Mangement or related field with 4+ years experience (required)

  • Bachelors degree with 0-3 years experience. (preferred)

  • Proificient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

  • DOD program management experience or military experience (perferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to constantly read, visual work and computer work, with regularly siting and occasional standing and walking.

  • Some Travel may be required, Driver's License necessary

  • Ability to work independantly, problem solve and use judgement
