Position Highlights
Hours are primarily M-F but there may be occasions where evening/night/weekend work is required to help cover.

A Brief Overview
Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day oversight and operations of the program.
What you will do
-
Ensures clinical compliance with all regulatory agencies, governing health care delivery and the standards of accrediting bodies.

Coordinates across clinical, operational, and administrative teams to promote quality care for patients.

Acts as the main point of contact for community partners, executive leadership and external funding bodies.

Maintains current knowledge base of clinical concepts, use of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and services, reimbursement issues and regulations

Demonstrates initiative in applying knowledge related to planning, operationalizing, and evaluating services

Manages, supervises and coordinates day-to-day operations of the program to include but not limited to financial management, staffing and services offered by the program. Duties are performed in such a manner as to ensure the clinic operates in an efficient cost-effective manner.

Collects data, prepares reports, and analyzes statistics, and answers correspondence.

Demonstrates initiative in applying knowledge relative to planning, operationalizing and evaluating services.

Performs patient care activities as may be required.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire or
-
Certified Social Worker - Licensing Board An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire or
-
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - South Dakota Board of Examiners for Counselors & Marriage and Family Therapists Upon Hire or
-
Psychologist - Licensing Board An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire

Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
-
Bachelor's
-
Master's in behavioral science, healthcare related field or business
-
4-6 years Leadership experience
