Rate: $22.95 USD per hour

Description

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED.

Experience:

  • 6 years human services experience including some supervisory experience helpful. College credits can be substituted for up to 4 years of experience (1 year of college = 1 year of experience).

Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Location Requirement: Onsite

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation: $22.9522

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Operations Director and Program Director, the Senior House Manager supervises and coordinates activities of assigned counselors and other staff, coordinates activities with Residence Social Services staff, support and security staff, oversees activities of the residents and monitors physical plant conditions that impact the safety and security of residents, staff and facility assets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assign and coordinate staff activities and provide oversight for assigned shift.• Ensure staff operate according to all government regulations and ICL policies and procedures.• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of required documentation.• Ensure appropriate crisis intervention occurs as needed.• Provide direct care coverage as needed and assist with admission/orientation of residents.• Establish and maintain work schedules and ensure staff compliance with attendance policies.• Conduct staff supervision and assist with disciplinary actions, recruitment, and training.• Ensure program compliance with state and federal regulations and ICL policies.• Monitor staff activities and participate in quality improvement efforts.• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
