Job Description:
The Clinical Programs Coordinator I under the supervision of the Quality Officer will provide support to the UF CARES CQI Plan. This position will coordinate requirements and logistics for Patient Centered Model Home-PCMH annual recognition. Coordinate the patient services and administrative activities of clinical data and monitor ongoing clinical activities for NCQA regulations.
Develops and coordinate patient services to review NCQA standards Assists and support the Quality Officer to review and monitor COI strategic plan Assists providers by monitoring patient care plan, and treatment problems Works collaboratively with clinical team members of the patient’s treatment team. Maintains all records and reports related to NCQA/PCMH. and keeps track of data in an Excel spreadsheet. Coordinates PCMH committee meetings, serves on health-related task forces and advisory committees, including the Clinical Effectiveness Group (CEG). Attending NCQA workshops and webinars 5% Provides administrative services for assistance with any additional needs. Provides health education to patients, staff, and practitioners within area of specialty as it relates to NCQA compliance
Expected Salary:
$43,888 to $55,000 annually depending on education and experience
Required qualificationsBachelor's degree in in an appropriate; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:1-year experience with HIV population Adult/ Pediatric outpatient clinic, National Continuing Quality Assurance (NCQA) PCMH and Quality Improvement Projects
