As an Access Control Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver’s license and may include vehicle patrols to support site operations, maintain a visible presence, and help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized personnel, contractors, and deliveries.

Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-area access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Document security-related observations, access-control activity, and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
-
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
