This role will require an onsite presence in Kauai, Hawaii and is eligible for per diem related expenses when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities

Assess scope, schedule, access, logistics, escalation, and contingency impacts on project cost.
-
Review drawings, field reports, repair narratives, and contractor proposals for cost completeness.
-
Document estimate bases, assumptions, exclusions, risks, and changes between estimate versions.
-
Coordinate with engineers, construction managers, schedulers, and subcontractors to validate scope and pricing.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of developing construction cost estimates for complex facility or infrastructure projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
-
A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check in accordance with company policy.
-
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
