Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
Position: Employee Success Partner - Full Time
Location: Based in Westfield, MA; Bloomfield, CT; or Ledyard, CT based upon candidate geographic location (Requires regular travel among Viability program and office sites.)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Summary:
Are you someone who enjoys helping others navigate challenges, build confidence, and succeed in their careers? We are looking for an Employee Success Partner (ESP) to serve as a trusted and confidential resource for our staff. The Employee Success Partner provides individualized employment coaching and support to help employees successfully navigate their workplace experience. This position serves as a skilled, neutral resource for staff, directors, and teams, helping promote positive, productive, and healthy employment experiences. The ESP works with employees to identify concerns, explore solutions, navigate workplace policies and procedures, identify professional development opportunities, and connect them with additional resources when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide confidential, individual coaching to employees as they navigate workplace challenges and concerns.

Help employees identify, understand, and work through workplace issues in a constructive and productive manner.

Support employees in developing strategies for effective problem-solving and issue resolution.

Provide a neutral, supportive space where employees can talk through workplace experiences and concerns.

Help employees identify opportunities for professional development, career growth, and internal advancement or relocation within Viability.

Assist employees in identifying their skills, strengths, interests, preferences, and professional goals.

Recommend training, professional development, and skill-building opportunities based on individual goals.

Identify and share internal and external opportunities for professional growth and development.

Assist employees in understanding and navigating agency policies and procedures related to workplace concerns.

Support employees in developing and understanding their professional brand.
-
Help them to prepare for and understand performance evaluations.
-
Assist in building effective relationships with supervisors and leaders.
-
Help navigate team dynamics and workplace relationships.
-
Support employees in processing and responding to negative feedback.
-
Provide understanding and ways of navigating disciplinary actions.
-
Help employees determine when additional support or intervention may be appropriate.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Counseling, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

3–4 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, coaching, counseling, or a related human services field required.

Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound, impartial judgment when handling sensitive or complex situations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Strong active-listening, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
-
Ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels of an organization.
-
Ability to remain neutral and supportive when navigating workplace concerns.
-
Strong understanding of workplace dynamics, employee relations, and professional development.
-
Experience working in the Human Services industry preferred.
