Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate, facilities management, and engineering services , is seeking an HVAC Engineer - Evening to join their team. As an HVAC Engineer , you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services Department supporting the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Team . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills , a highly professional attitude , and excellent customer service skills , which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.

Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain electric and pneumatic control systems used for HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Inspect HVAC equipment and building systems to ensure proper performance and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
-
Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions or system modifications.
-
Assign tasks, support team members, and provide technical guidance while ensuring work is completed safely and on time.
What's Needed?
-
High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma.
-
5-7 years of experience in commercial HVAC, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field.

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical building systems.

Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb stairs, work independently, and support a rotating shift schedule.
