What You'll Build

• Design and build AI-native products from 0 → 1.
• Build and orchestrate multiple agentic AI systems across the business.
• Create scalable backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and internal platforms.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and ship products alongside the founders.
• Own engineering architecture, technical standards, and platform scalability.
• Use AI to automate business workflows—not just write code faster.

You're Probably a Great Fit If You...

• Have 6–8 years of software engineering experience, preferably in startups.
• Have built and deployed multiple production-grade Agentic AI systems.
• Have strong backend engineering fundamentals and love writing clean code.
• Think like a product builder, not just an engineer.
