Ensure integrity of ePCR , identifies error trends or compliance concerns during audit process in order to create specialized audit plans. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Facilitates ongoing education and training for clinical staff to maintain clinical competencies. Promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the EMS & Flight team. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Other duties as assigned. Monitors patient care record compliance of policies and procedures to maintain standard of care. Monitors and evaluates clinical performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- N/A
Experience:
- 2+ years of applicable clinical or didactic experience [Required]
- 5+ years equivalent clinical or didactic experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
- Licensed Paramedic (PARA) [Preferred]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred]
- Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC) [Preferred]
- Commercial Emergency Vehicle Operator (CEVO) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$19.76 - $36.75 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
