Handles, prioritizes, and solves problems while anticipating future opportunities. Demonstrates strong customer service and organizational skills in planning and supervising events. Approaches encounters with customers and employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Leads by example, consistently conveying a positive attitude, passion, and pride in work. Seeks and applies new concepts and techniques to enhance the program and build loyalty. Encourages customers to register for the mailing list. Assigns daily/weekly sales goals to team members and reviews opportunities with each member. Complies with and enforces all standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations. Coordinates routine movement of products in the storefront with attention to visual displays and prominent product placement. Achieves and exceeds monthly budgetary sales, gross profit, and net income goals. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintains the storefront’s appearance in an organized, clean, visually appealing environment. Manages day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
