About the Role
The Expat Client Relationship Professional (CRP) position is part of the H&R Block Tax Transformation team and supports the international expat business. The position is primarily responsible for ensuring a great experience for those clients served through remote service and coordinating client workflow and communications. Most communication with clients will be through phone, email, and our software platform. The Expat CRP will also assist the Expat Tax Advisors as needed in serving clients.

Act as the primary point of communication for all client inquiries received through the expat software, website, phone, and email, and respond within 48 business hours

Maintain records for all client inquiries in the expat software or other systems as required

Assist clients with setting up their accounts and virtual folders in the software platform

Oversee the client workflow and communication process including client inquiry, signature of client service engagement, uploading tax documents, payment processing, and filing; ensure a great client experience and support the client throughout the process

Be responsible for client follow-up after initial inquiry to maximize conversion to a paid client

Provide administrative support through a partnership with Expat Tax Advisors which may include, but is not limited to, communication with clients, printing tax returns, maintaining client records, and processing and mailing documents to the IRS or other tax agencies

Consistently communicate with other Client Relationship Professionals and Expat Tax Advisors located in the US, Canada, and India
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
-
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
-
Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage communications and workflow with many clients concurrently
-
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the business and day-to-day tasks as needed
-
Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Suite applications, which may include virtual tools
-
1 year minimum related work experience
-
Possess the ability and confidence to acknowledge areas of uncertainty and to pose questions to the team
-
Strong organizational skills and follow-up to maximize conversion from inquiries to highly satisfied paid clients
Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range
$16.06 - $24.09/Hr.
