General Summary

Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory by presenting, promoting and selling Candela Glace product line and associated consumables to physicians and/or other customers as dictated by respective state regulations in a defined sale.

Essential Job Functions

  • Increaseto,ormaintain,ahighlevelofGlaceunitsalesproductioneveryquarter.

  • Consultwithmedicalprofessionalsregardingproductbenefitstopatients,andROItopractice.

  • Prospectandidentifynewaccountopportunities

  • PipelineDevelopment:

o Maintainaspecifieddollaramountinqualifiedbusinesseveryquarter

o Identifynewaccounts foreachquarterthatareactivelyseekingtoinvestinnewtechnology.

  • ScheduleandexecuteGlaceproductdemonstrationswithinvolvementofClinicalEducator

  • PresentGlaceinacompliant,professional,knowledgeable,ethicalandsinceremanner

  • Interactprofessionallywithphysicians,alliedhealthcarepersonnel,and/orotherlaserusers

  • RepresentCandelaatworkshops,tradeshows,conferencesandconventions

  • Supportclinicaleffortswhennecessaryorpractical

  • Supportsalesandmarketingbyrelayingkeycompetitiveand/orclinicalinformation

  • WorkwithRegionalSalesDirectors and Vice President of NA Salestodevelopquarterlyforecastobjectives

  • Managehomeandmobileofficetoenhanceresponsivenesstocustomersandsalessupportpersonnel.

  • KeepCRM(Salesforce.com)up-to-dateatalltimes

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

  • Education:BA/BSdegreeofhigherpreferred

  • Experience:1-3years,capitalequipmentorotherB2Bproductsalesrequired.

  • Experiencewithdermatologists,plasticsurgeons,medspas,orotheraestheticshighlypreferred

  • Willingnesstotravel25to50%ofthetime.

Salary: $80k + Comission
