Full job description
Job Duties
Provide speech and language evaluations and individualized treatment for pediatric clients in a clinic setting
Develop and implement treatment plans that support functional communication and developmental goals
Complete timely documentation, progress notes, and required reports
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFYs), including guidance on clinical skills, documentation, and professional development
Assist in supporting clinical quality, consistency of care, and team collaboration within the speech department
Participate in team meetings, care planning, and ongoing clinic initiatives
Maintain compliance with ethical, state, payer, and organizational standards
Minimum Education Required
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required)
Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain (Required)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred for CFY supervision (Preferred)
Minimum Experience Required
Experience providing pediatric speech and language therapy (Preferred)
Experience with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and/or early childhood populations (Preferred)
Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting Clinical Fellows or graduate students (Preferred)
Experience with multidisciplinary collaboration (Preferred)
Experience with electronic documentation systems (Preferred)
