Job Summary

The Outbound Files Coordinator is responsible for mapping of files; working with vendors and IT during creation, coordinating testing & production move; monitoring files and coordination of efforts to resolve any issues; and working load error reports for all Outbound Files - Eligibility, Claims, Providers & other Outbound Files as needed.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1 to 2 years’ previous experience working in the insurance or TPA industry

  • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload in a frequently interrupted environment.

  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Strong communication skills – both oral and written

  • Sound decision making skills

  • Customer service focused

  • Works well with minimal supervision

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with electronic data
