Compensation & Bonuses

  • Base salary: $78,000-$95,000 , based on experience

  • Monthly productivity bonus with earning potential of up to $15,600 annually

  • Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Work-Life Balance

  • Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Monday-Friday

  • Gradual caseload ramp-up, building to approximately 10-12 patients per day

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist at Green Oaks Physical Therapy, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions while working alongside an experienced, supportive team.

You'll:

  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans

  • Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs that restore function and improve quality of life

  • Educate patients throughout their recovery to help prevent future injuries

  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate documentation and evidence-based clinical practice

  • Build lasting relationships with patients while helping them return to the activities they love

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating)

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply—our comprehensive mentorship program is designed to help you confidently transition into clinical practice
