Kaseya is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, build, and maintain key capabilities across enterprise software platforms. This role will contribute to secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions that support customers operating complex business and technology environments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can own significant technical work, collaborate across teams, and help improve engineering quality and delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software features for enterprise SaaS platforms and related product capabilities.
  • Build reliable and scalable services, APIs, platform components, integrations, and customer-facing capabilities.
  • Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
  • Collaborate with product management, QA, UX/UI, operations, and other engineers to deliver roadmap commitments.
  • Contribute to improvements in performance, reliability, security, maintainability, automation, and observability.
  • Follow and help improve agile development, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and technical trade-offs clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
  • Willing to learn and develop with functional programming using F#
  • Good knowledge on Win32 API's
  • Basic familiarity with different networking protocols like HTTP and TLS
  • Writes clean and testable code
  • You have a general understanding of how distributed systems work on the platform side
  • Able to utilize AI-assisted code development tools for code generation, analysis and reviews

Bonus skills and experience:

  • Experience developing software on macOS and Linux platforms
  • Knowledge and experience of development tools within the SDLC - Jira, Github, Jenkins etc
  • React programming experience
  • Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Contributions to open-source software
  • Experience in performing peer code reviews

Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence at our Pune office three days per week.
