Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AV Engineering Manager to lead the design, engineering, and technical delivery of enterprise audiovisual solutions. This individual will oversee a team of AV Engineers, CAD Designers, and Programmers while serving as the technical authority for complex collaboration, conferencing, and workplace technology projects. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership abilities with deep expertise in commercial AV systems, Unified Communications, control systems, and AV-over-IP technologies. They should be comfortable collaborating with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of commercial audiovisual (AV) systems integration or engineering experience.
3+ years of leadership experience managing AV Engineers, Designers, or Technical Teams.
Strong knowledge of enterprise AV technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration, digital signage, and conference room solutions.
Experience designing and reviewing AV system schematics, signal flow diagrams, rack elevations, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Hands-on experience with control systems and DSP platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, or Q-SYS.
Solid understanding of AV-over-IP, networking fundamentals, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
CTS-D certification or ability to obtain shortly after hire. CTS-I, Dante, Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, or Extron certifications.
AutoCAD and/or Revit design experience.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise, healthcare, higher education, or financial services clients.
PMP or other project management certification.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar AV deployment projects across multiple locations.
