Job Description

TITLE: Operations Specialist - Administrative

LOCATION: Short Hills, NJ 07078 - ONSITE Only

RATE: $25/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Provides office administrative support and records maintenance for water utility construction.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills. - They will be interacting directly with customers and municipal officials on a daily basis, usually under less-than-ideal circumstances.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail. - They will maintain records that have regulatory and financial implications.

• Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.)

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent
