BCBA | School-Based | Revere, MA

Pay: Up to $70/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, 32 Hours/Week

Amergis Staffing is partnered with a school district in Revere, MA to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year.

The BCBA will primarily support an elementary school autism program serving students in grades K-5 while also providing behavioral support across other programs within the building. Due to the school's connection with the middle school, occasional support at the middle school level may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide direct behavioral support to students

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff

• Model and coach behavior intervention strategies

• Maintain required documentation and IEP-related records

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required

• School-based experience preferred

• Experience working with students with autism preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to provide hands-on behavioral support

Assignment Details:

• Monday-Friday, approximately 7:45 AM-2:45 PM

• 39-week contract

• 32 hours per week

• Pay up to $70/hou

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
