Find your purpose by leading the development and implementation of CentraCare's compensation strategies as part of the total rewards framework. As the Director Workforce and Executive Compensation, you will shape specialized pay programs to support business growth, oversee base, incentive, and premium pay programs, and innovate and improve compensation practices to enhance employee engagement. This role will also manage salary range development, job descriptions, evaluations, salary surveys, and develop and administer executive compensation plans. Bring your curious mindset and commitment to continuous improvement to ensure CentraCare remains a leader in compensation practices.

Schedule Details:

  • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks

  • Primarily Monday – Friday, hours typically between 8am – 5pm

  • Remote position

Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):

  • Starting pay $166,691.20 per year, exact wage determined by years of related experience

  • Salary range: $166,691.20 - 250,036.80

  • Salary and salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • Full-time benefit eligible | Benefits Guide (https://jobs.centracare.com/us/en/benefits)

  • Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance required

  • At least 7 years of experience working in a compensation role is required

  • Compensation experience to include strong analytical, statistical, and financial acumen is required

  • Prior manager, senior manager or higher leadership experience is required

  • Healthcare compensation experience is strongly preferred

  • Executive Compensation experience preferred

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
