DESCRIPTION:

Join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to attracting qualified talent to help advance our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a Functional Service Partnership (FSP) Recruiter, you'll serve as a strategic talent advisor, managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse FSP roles across North America. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to shape our talent strategy while representing our culture of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferred

  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions. Prior FSP experience highly preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations

  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels

  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required

  • Additional language skills beneficial (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin)

  • Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration

  • Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities

  • Experience representing company at recruitment events and career fairs

  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
