- Fabricate duct work on site when needed
- Install hangers
- Hang, connect, and seal ductwork
- Set and hook up equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Work as a trainer and mentor for helpers and apprentices
- Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
