Employment Type: Part timeShift: Day Shift Description: TrinityElite Clinic Receptionist Location: Livonia, MI Schedule: Day Shift, Contingent (Non-benefitted)The receptionist answers the telephone; provides information and direction to patients and visitors; performs general office duties; sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; registers clients for classes; maintains the office in an orderly fashion; and assists the Director with other duties as directed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education
- High School Graduate.

Training and Experience

Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English Language.

Must have knowledge in typing, spelling, and grammar.
Job Knowledge
- Computer experience required; Word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS Physical Demands:

Reaching for and handling objects up to 30 pounds in weight. Lifting/lowering objects, twisting, moving horizontally.

Manual and finger dexterity required, necessary when using keyboard and filing.

Repetitive motions with wrist, hands and fingers.

Speech and hearing acuity to facilitate communication with others.

Ability to move around the office and other hospital departments.

Ability to file, retrieve and obtain supplies.

Sitting at desk for prolonged periods of time.
