Description

We are looking for a bilingual Recruiter to support a Contract hiring project near Clifton, New Jersey within the manufacturing environment. This role will focus on bringing in a steady pipeline of production and packing talent while guiding new hires through onboarding and required documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and comfortable managing high-volume recruitment activity.

Responsibilities:

• Drive high-volume recruiting efforts for production and packing positions by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates efficiently.

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring forms, hiring documents, and pre-employment paperwork are completed accurately and on time.

• Provide language support during recruiting and onboarding activities to help bilingual candidates clearly understand job details and requirements.

• Maintain consistent communication with applicants, hiring teams, and new hires throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Track candidate progress and hiring activity to help sustain staffing levels for ongoing floor operations.

• Support repetitive hiring needs with a steady, patient approach as workforce demands continue until stable staffing is achieved.

Requirements • Bilingual communication skills are required to assist with candidate interactions, onboarding, and translation support.

• Experience recruiting for high-volume roles, ideally in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings.

• Hands-on knowledge of onboarding processes and employment documentation.

• Ability to manage repetitive hiring activity while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in paperwork and candidate tracking.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Contract assignment lasting approximately 4 to 6 months. TalentMatch®
