Job Description

Key Repsonsibilities:

  • Manage inventory planning and replenishment strategies for assigned items and suppliers
  • Review daily replenishment recommendations and purchase requisitions
  • Set and adjust key planning parameters (lead time, MOQ, segmentation, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and reduce excess stock
  • Partner with demand planning, sourcing, and suppliers to improve performance
  • Resolve inventory and order issues (expediting POs, troubleshooting discrepancies)
  • Use reporting and analytics to drive proactive inventory decisions

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in: o Supply Planning o Demand Planning o Inventory Planning

  • Experience owning a product group, suppliers, or inventory decisions

  • Understanding of key supply chain concepts: o Lead times o Forecasting o Replenishment strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Replenishment Planning

  • Experience working through a system or ERP transition

  • Ability to work quickly & efficiently Bachelors degree preferred
