Compensation Range : $90,000- $100,000

Job Description
What You Will Do:
-
Fulfill transitional Director of Finance/Controller roles, ensuring continuity and financial compliance across assigned properties.
-
Analyze hotel financials, including labor, forecasts, and budgets, and advise teams on strategies for cost control and revenue improvement.
-
Lead property accounting teams and train department heads on financial tools, reporting standards, and operational best practices.
-
Oversee accounting functions including payroll, AP/AR, tax accruals, and credit card reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
-
Manage risk and audit processes, enforce internal controls, and ensure timely month-end close, licensing, and PCI compliance.
What We Are Looking For:
-
3+ years of financial accounting experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.
-
Strong understanding of AP, income audit, and GL reconciliation; hotel finance and full-service operations preferred.

Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) certification preferred.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with POS/PMS systems; experience with Sage300, ProfitSage, Coupa, Workday, and Concur preferred.

Willingness to travel 80%+ to support property needs across the portfolio.
