Senior Salesforce Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Salesforce implementation supporting our client within healthcare insurance. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution from planning through deployment, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing third-party implementation partners, and providing executive-level project visibility. The ideal candidate brings a combination of Salesforce delivery experience, healthcare operations knowledge, and strong Agile project leadership.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of Project Management experience Experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations Healthcare provider network operations and/or provider contracting experience Strong vendor and third-party implementation partner management experience Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting SAFe Agile experience Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills Salesforce certifications Lean Six Sigma certification Experience with provider onboarding or credentialing processes Healthcare payer experience Scrum Master or SAFe certification
