Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, collaboration, software design expertise, and a passion for solving complex business and technology challenges. You will partner across engineering, product, and business teams, influence technical direction, promote engineering excellence through design and code reviews, and help mentor fellow engineers while contributing to a culture of continuous learning and innovation

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.

  • Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with Google BigQuery or comparable data warehouse technologies.

  • Experience utilizing cloud-native services within GCP, AWS, or Azure environments.

  • Knowledge of software design principles, system architecture, and modern development practices.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills used to deliver business outcomes.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and customer-focused decision making.

  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and team development.

  • Understanding of how Generative AI tools, agents, and skills can improve software development productivity and quality.

  • Knowledge of liquidity and funding management concepts, including regulatory reporting, liquidity stress testing, or related risk and treasury functions.

  • Experience working independently while effectively partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React.

  • Experience leading modernization, cloud transformation, or greenfield development initiatives.

  • Strong adaptability and continuous learning mindset.
