  • Prepare agendas, accurate minutes, correspondence, and action lists; follow up with responsible staff.

  • Coordinate personnel onboarding, training schedules, access-request routing, and equipment requests with authorized support functions.

  • Maintain staffing rosters, contact lists, leave calendars, and administrative tracking records.

  • Assemble meeting materials and presentations using approved technical inputs and established document templates.

  • Coordinate with document control to ensure official records are filed correctly; protect personnel and sensitive information.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of administrative or project coordination experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, calendars, spreadsheets, presentations, and virtual meeting tools.

  • Strong written communication, accuracy, discretion, and ability to manage competing deadlines.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access to JBSA Fort Sam Houston.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, maintain accurate records, collaborate across disciplines, and handle project information in approved systems.

  • Ability to maintain a one team mentality amongst all stakeholders.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
