Full job description

Our client, a leading industrial operations team, is seeking a Maintenance tech to join their team. As a Maintenance tech, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting day-to-day site reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the drive to keep critical systems running, and the confidence to troubleshoot and complete preventative and corrective maintenance with a customer-service mindset.

Job Title: Maintenance tech

Location: Alburtis, PA

Pay Range: $29-$31

Shift: Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm

What's the Job?

  • Oversee daily operation and perform repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair drainage systems, including clearing blockages and servicing restroom fixtures

  • Monitor and maintain compressed air systems, respond to alarms or failures, and schedule preventative maintenance

  • Oversee dock and loading equipment systems, respond to malfunctions, and coordinate vendor support as needed

  • Review equipment logs and CMMS work orders to ensure systems are operating properly and issues are reported promptly

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED, or comparable work experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on facilities technician and maintenance

  • Proven experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including MEP infrastructure

  • Strong ability to diagnose system malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

  • Ability to respond to emergency service calls and participate in an on-call rotation with a required on-site response time
