Job Duties

Horizon Commercial Pools is a fast-growing company specializing in all things relating to commercial and public swimming pools – from water parks to community and hotel pools. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and help maintain our position as the leading brand in the commercial aquatics industry. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies that fuel company growth, boost brand visibility, and engage customers. As the driving force behind our marketing efforts, you will work closely with organizational leadership to shape the future of our brand, developing marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns while growing with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft a distinctive brand voice and identity, translating company values into a consistent tone and style that differentiates us in all markets.

Create brand awareness through marketing tactics and platforms to fuel customer service and sales efforts to meet target growth.

Design, create, and produce marketing materials and content, both on-demand and planned in advance for key events, such as the annual company catalog.

Support the sales and leadership teams by collecting and analyzing information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns, messaging and strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and ensure smooth led conversion and consistent messaging.

Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media channels ensuring they reflect the latest content, campaigns, and product offerings.

Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution and marketing collateral.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

Minimum Experience Required

5 + years of experience in marketing or related field, with a focus on supporting sales efforts and brand development.

Proficiency in MS Teams environment and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM tools, Constant Contact, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)

Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
