HR Coordinator Full-Time | Jackson, Tennessee

HR Coordinator Position Summary

As the HR Coordinator at Laurelwood Health Care, you'll be an essential part of our team. Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare accurate employee personnel records, onboard and orient new employees, etc.

  • Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator, Director of HR and Payroll, or the corporate team.

  • Maintain confidentiality of protected information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

HR Coordinator Requirements

Business Degree or experience in a healthcare facility

  • Experience working in Human Resources

  • Experienced in long-term care
