Job Summary
The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations department by assisting with event setups, conversions, general facility maintenance, and daily operational tasks.
Essential Functions
-
Physically assist with event setups, conversions, and daily operational tasks.

Assist the Assistant Managers of Operations, Conversion Crew Leads and Event Managers with relevant event/operation related information.

Work with Supervisors to establish day to day tasks for department.

Perform facility operational tasks required to maintain the facility on non-event days.

Other operational responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or its equivalency
-
0-2 years of related work experience
-
Working knowledge of operations equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires
-
Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a timely manner
-
Ability to work as a team and accurately follow instructions
-
Ability to complete tasks with great attention to detail
-
Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
-
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with a team member
-
Ability to communicate effectively in English
-
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize specific tasks
-
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and effectively maneuver between functions.

Forklift certification not required but strongly preferred
-
Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
-
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
-
Knowledge of and/or previous work experience in sports and entertainment preferred
-
Knowledge of general safety practices
Required Qualifications
Payscale: $21.53 per hour
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
Benefits: Part-time: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
