Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Setting
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school-based team for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity supporting students through evaluation, treatment, and individualized therapy services.
Position Summary
The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for conducting student evaluations and providing speech and language therapy services in accordance with each student's individualized plan of care and applicable physician orders. The SLP collaborates with educational staff, families, and other service providers to help students achieve their communication goals and Amergisize academic success.

Caseload and school placement will be determined during the interview process based on candidate experience and best fit.
Responsibilities
-
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
-
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and other required records.

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
-
Communicate effectively with families, educators, and administrators regarding student progress.
-
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and professional practice standards.
Minimum Requirements
-
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment.
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required based on state or contract requirements.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered.
-
Compliance with all professional standards of practice.

Current CPR certification, if applicable.
-
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.

Current health certificate, as required by contract or state regulations.

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
