Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, with the ability to transform business requirements into scalable low-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
Build and support workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.
Create, manage, and optimize Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, APIs, and third-party applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and best practices.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and data management standards.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong experience with:
Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps)
Power Automate
Microsoft Dataverse
Experience building data models and managing relationships within Dataverse.
Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL databases, and REST APIs.
Understanding of Power Platform security, environments, and solution deployment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users. Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Power Fx, or .NET development.
Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within Power Platform.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-900).
Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder.
Experience designing enterprise-scale Dataverse solutions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and data integration concepts
