Work you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Configure, support, and troubleshoot API and system integrations using IBM DataPower, Microsoft BizTalk, and Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Logic Apps, and Service Bus

  • Manage API connectivity, routing, authentication, authorization, TLS certificates, message transformation, endpoints, queues, and downstream dependencies across integration environments

  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues by analyzing network traffic, firewall logs, monitoring alerts, deployment failures, connectivity issues, performance issues, and integration errors

  • Use Infrastructure as Code practices to provision, configure, standardize, and maintain infrastructure environments, while supporting network and firewall administration activities

  • Support releases, modernization efforts, and operational readiness activities, including change management, environment transitions, patching, upgrades, incident escalation, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure support and system integration

  • Experience supporting integrations using Azure Integration Services and IBM DataPower

  • Ability to travel 15-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft BizTalk

  • Experience using Infrastructure as Code to provision and maintain infrastructure environments

  • Experience supporting API management, message transformation, and integration troubleshooting

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, middleware upgrades, or cloud modernization initiatives
