Job Purpose

The Used Equipment Specialist supports dispatching used equipment leads to the correct individuals within our branch network. These leads may come thru multiple channels including phone calls, third party websites, and internal website. The Used Equipment Specialist position requires someone who responds quickly to the lead dispatching process while simultaneously being able to follow our documentation process.

What you will do...

• Dispatch used equipment leads in a timely manner.

• Follow the documentation process and understand the handling of leads in Salesforce.

• Consistent understanding of the dealer/wholesaler lead process

• Must handle multiple priorities and a high volume of leads.

• Flexibility of schedule on a rotating basis for night and weekend coverage.

• Professional communication via email and phone calls.

Requirements

• High school or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1 year of customer service or support experience preferred. Current equipment coordinators in the rental industry are a plus. Experience leveraging CRM platforms like Salesforce.com as part of daily functions.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
