Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Corporate Trainer/Facilitator with Financial services industry experience (i.e. Banking, Mortgage Lending etc). to design and deliver engaging training programs, including teller training, lender training, leadership development, soft skills, and technology training. In this role, you will ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed, from onboarding to exit, while collaborating with the VP of People and Culture and department leaders to empower employees, foster professional growth, and support our mission of creating thriving communities and businesses.

Compensation: 65k-$80k (based on experience, skillset etc.) + Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance/Tuition Reimbursement/401k matching

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or related experience and/or training’ or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or similar roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Certification in instructional design or facilitation (e.g., ATD, CPTD, DDI).
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance training in the banking sector.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with LMS Systems and other relevant banking industry, sales software.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to drive or fly to branch and office locations (up to 30%) may be required.
